The role will be responsible for assisting in the support and improvement / migration of a data management tool based in Sharepoint solution. This includes the analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, support and maintenance of the solution currently in place and to conduct the most efficient approach to meeting changing operation requirements. The position will use a variety of hardware and software technologies already implemented and would include integration systems (mainly Sharepoint, Excel and Access), new code construction, modifications to existing solutions, and implementation as required.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in the use of SharePoint.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Access (with creation/usage of macros) / Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
MS Office Application Development : Excel, Access : VBA, data analysis, tables, forms, reports, queries, pivot tables
Design, develop, debug, test, document, deploy and support tools using JavaScript, Java, Microsoft Visual Basic, MS Access and HTML.
Programming skills and software development knowledge.
Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Soft Skills:
Possesses strong problem:solving and analytical skills.
Analysis and diagnosis of errors.
Organize large amounts of raw data to ease analysis
Work with the team to identify, document and validate requirements for creation of new tools and modification of existing tools.
