Your Role and Responsibilities
- Revisión de la información de IMPUESTOS para las facturas de América Latina/USA y responder a las consultas relacionadas con impuestos de los interesados internos de manera oportuna, manteniendo un alto nivel de servicio al cliente
- Preparar propuestas de pago
- Cumplir con las actividades de control interno para el proceso de Cuentas por pagar y los pagos asegurando que se cumplan todos los requisitos de control interno para cada transacción de pago.
- Análisis y resolución de excepciones
- Empujar asuntos urgentes y poseer la capacidad de priorizar la carga de trabajo
- Tomar decisiones básicas de contabilidad
- Preparación y soporte de entradas de diario en herramientas corporativas y sistemas de TI.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los asociados de otras unidades, con cliente y sus proveedores para coordinar y ejecutar funciones relacionadas con el área de Cuentas por pagar.
- Análisis y ejecución de conciliaciones contables
- Realizar tareas de cierre contable
- Cumplir con los requisitos financieros federales, estatales y locales.
- Asistir a auditores externos proporcionando la información que se solicita.
- Documentar el flujo de trabajo, los procedimientos, las listas de verificación y las políticas para las tareas asignadas.
- Apoyar a la empresa en la optimización de nuestras transacciones y sistemas financieros.
- Fortalecer y hacer crecer las relaciones con cliente y proveedores a través del pago oportuno
- Ayudar a racionalizar y mejorar el proceso de cuentas por pagar
