In this opportunity the company is looking for a Analyst-Risk & Info Management to perform in the Global Services Group business unit of American Express.
This position is accountable of supporting the Performance Manager (PM) of a Collection Agency in Argentina. Also is in charge of effectively support the PM in terms of overseeing the key production and performance indicators on the Corporate and Legal Portfolio. This role will be responsible of supporting the development, execution and escalation of an action plan to address gap on the processes mentioned above.Main Responsibilities:
Track performance of Outside Agencies and all key metrics and for all products.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with peers and colleagues.
Support the implementation and drive OAs action plans.
Standardize best-practices and improved execution of collections policies and procedures.
Ensure all collection activities of Amex and third-party vendors protect the Brand and comply with all local market regulatory and compliance obligations.The powerful backing of American Express.

Qualifications
Required:
English level: bilingual.
Credit & Collections knowledge.
Strong market’s compliance and legal knowledge.
Call Model Training preferably.
