We want you to excel in the following:
Team Supervision: Oversee daily team operations by effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team efficiency and success.Escalation Handling: Act as the primary decision maker for all escalated cases within the Anti-Fraud team, escalating to the Head of Department when necessary.Process and Compliance: Ensure that processes and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements.Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison with external departments related to Anti-Fraud matters.Reporting and Monitoring: Manage requests, technical updates, and Jira tickets, ensuring compliance with KPIs and performance metrics.Regulatory Compliance: Handle regulatory complaints and data requests, providing timely and effective responses.Target Setting: Set, monitor, and evaluate team performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Accountability: Ensure the team operates within established guidelines, maintaining a high standard of performance.You're good at:Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.Outstanding communication abilities and collaborative mindset.Ability to meet deadlines with a flexible approach to task prioritization.Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.Proven leadership experience in guiding and motivating a team to meet targets.Previous experience in a similar role within the anti-fraud or related industry is highly advantageous.Schedule Monday to Friday.Extra Awesome:Previous iGaming experience
