Application Support Analyst – Level 2

Dabrein Solutions will be recruiting Application Support Analyst - Level 2 to join an International Company. Excellent hiring conditions are offered. Task:Provide support to internal users around the world.Work with many different support teams on a daily basis.Evaluate incidents and service requests, troubleshoot and resolve them.Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (but could also be a student of any engineering or related career)2 years application support experienceStrong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practicesExcellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a global setting.Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is a plusCertification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks is a plusAdvanced spoken and written English is a mustSQL knowledge is required to troubleshoot incidents and build reportsUnderstand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data ProtectionCorrect Information Security Management
