Architectural Project Manager

- We are a Córdoba-based company working on challenging global projects. We are looking for a highly experienced, organized, proactive and energetic Architectural Project Manager to join our team. Position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting and rewarding environment.

We’re looking for someone who has the ability to address complex architectural project challenges while finding creative technical solutions in collaboration with internal project teams, clients and consultants.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Lead small local team while coordinating and managing projects, staff and scheduling with US-based teams

• Creation of detailed shop drawings

• Design consultation and formulation

• Collaboration with quality assurance personnel

• Continuous reporting to senior management

• Potential client communications

Education, Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 5-8 years’ working in an architectural office performing similar tasks

• Experience working on US-based projects in the imperial measurement system

• Must be fluent in English (written, spoken and listening) with excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Rhino/3d, 2+ years minimum. If not, minimum 2 years’ experience with Revit or other similar software required.

• Other Software: CAD (highly proficient), graphics based packages and solid understanding of 3D software, Excel and other Microsoft products, experience in a CRM software or ERP software a plus

• Experience in detailing construction documents (architectural detailing experience with complex geometry a plus)

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and requirements a benefit

• Pre-planning, proposing, formalizing, tracking and reporting on related project schedules, resources and requirements and next-steps

• Construction scheduling and management

• Strong ability to drive projects and lead teams to creative, effective solutions

• Desire to grow with company

• Portfolio required for consideration
