Area Manager

One of our client's are looking to recruit a an experienced Multi-Site Store Area Manager.

This business has a great presence within the retail industry and lead the way for what they do in service and price.

As the Area Manager, you will lead a team of the Store Managers to deliver sales targets and excellent service to the customers.

In particular, you will be accountable for:

- Creating a positive and engaging work environment for store teams.

- Setting clear standards within service, standards, operations and visuals.

- Supporting your team with training, coaching and succession planning.

- Liasing and networking with head office teams.

- Driving compliance to policy and procedures.

- Acting as brand ambassador in fluid communication and managing upwards.

- Assisting with new openings, ad hoc projects and regional support.

They are looking for an individual who has proven capabilities in an area role, whether that be a multi site manager or a regional manager with a flexible management style. Experience in all that has been mentioned is essential with direct reports of store managers in addition to exposure with a high level of service and coaching background.
