Role Summary: The candidates will manage AMO technicians/supervisors and the tool maintenance work processes to ensure that operational demands and expectations are met in cost and time. The supervisors will work closely with the assigned team and internal vendors to achieve an efficient workflow, quality products and HSE performance

Essential Responsibilities:
Schedules activities, manages repair and maintenance facility and maintains inventory of spare parts
Responsible for all DS AMO facilities in Latin America.
Establish and ensure compliance with preventative maintenance program
Evaluate and gives performance feedback to individuals
Facilitates conflict resolution,
May require at times to wear PPE/HSE appropriate attire,
Strong and dedicated leadership to accomplish overall AMO goals and KPI’s, mainly financial forecast,
Coaching and developing employees through carrier developments programs,
Manage AMO work activities and equipment deployments to meet Operations demands and expectations and in close cooperation with Equipment Planning, Materials team,
Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BHGE Core Values
Ensures that all personnel have the proven technical competencies in compliance with competency management program(CMP)
Build and develop the workshop equipment maintenance capabilities based on operational demands,
Support budget compliance, makes recommendations on work place facility and tooling requirements,
Manage 10 up to 25 employees
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Mandatory English/Spanish,
High School diploma or equivalent (preferable Mechanic/Industrial Engineer),
5+ years of experience leading maintenance plants (preferable Oil & Gas),
8+ years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing support or production - repair as it relates to oilfield equipment
3+ years supervisory experience with a background preferably in manufacturing, shop/warehouse environment, and/or inventory
Experience with SAP,
Ability to work remotely,
Computer skills essential (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with process improvement both creation/implementation/follow through
Solid experience and knowledge in maintenance of Drilling Services tools and equipment
Experience in leadership, production planning and coordination of work activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed attitude that can work in a creative and collaborative environment
Desired Characteristics:
Lean Sigma Green Belt,
MBA is a plus,
Extensive SAP experience; related inventory management systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical skills.
Knowledge of machinery and equipment as it relates to the Drilling Services product line
