Lead the preparation and consolidation of the monthly / quarterly / annual / budget within the assigned function.
Acts as an advisor and business partner to key external / internal stakeholders to influence initiatives, in line with the business strategy.
Identifies and fulfils opportunities for improvement of Marketing / Ops and Finance processes including planning and resource allocation, information systems and procedures.
Preparation and presentation of status of assigned project to the leadership team.
Drive a continuous improvement culture, to release time and add value resulting in improvements to financial results by analyzing all the areas of the company.
Essential Requirements:
At least 3 years post qualification experience in a similar job specification within a multi:cultural environment in a multinational company.
Accounting, business or engineering degree with professional qualification. Magister in finance is a PLUS.
Highly numerate, analytical, organized, flexible and accurate
Good computer literate including experience with standard packages (SAP, Office : Mainly PowerPoint).
Rigorous and attention to detail. Ability to anticipate problems, foresee timely solutions and adapt accordingly
A strong inclination to look for any improvement areas and ability to lead and implement change whilst maintaining a controlled environment.
Fluent in English.
