We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Engineer to make Properati the best Latam’s real estate platform you’ve ever heard of! You’ll be part of Properati’s engineering team, fully committed to the web site development, improving and creating new features while keeping an eye on its performance and scalability, to enhance our users’ experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Be a strong technical contributor in the web site development team
Build and design new features, considering performance and scalability
Share knowledge and suggest new technologies, tools and good practices of development
Working in an agile, flexible and fast paced environment
Analyze the platform to upgrade every necessary aspect
Design new features
Always propose new technologies, tools and developing practices.
Who we’re looking for:
A team player and open communicator willing to continue to learn and share knowledge with others.
2-4 years of hands on experience developing software
We’ll appreciate experience with Go, Ruby or Python
It’s a plus if you have experience with MySQL, Kubernetes + Docker, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery
Some experience or interest in working with Microservices
Someone interested in understanding what happens "beyond the code"
Extra points if you are interested in data mining and/or machine learning
