Role Tasks:
:Quote approval and Contract drafting.
:Ensure all relevant contracts are signed by both customer and SAP after control checks are completed.
:Ensure signed contracts are sent to O2I for booking.
:Ensure all Quarter End requirement are met.
:Ensure all executed documents are filed correctly and kept on record
:Assist SAP Auditors in providing correct documents for quarterly review.
:Assist Commercial team with the drafting of Sales Contracts.
:Provide Deal Support.
:Cover all On:Premise/Cloud deals for North America.
:Monitor approval process making sure SAP follow compliance processes.
:Monitoring SAP Quote to Cash process and assisting with training.
:Assist in projects to address long term issues with commercial processes and drive efficiencies
:Developing Process improvements to ensure correct procedures are undertaken during the approval and booking process
:Contract Administration
Educational Requirements
:University Degree. Legal background is preferred.
Skills / Competencies
:Experience working within a Legal related field is an advantage.
:Advance English language skills. French is a plus.
:Able to express ideas clearly and confidently in speech and writing.
:Teamwork: Work confidently within a group.
:Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities and proactive in putting forward ideas and solutions.
:Determination to get things done. Make things happen and constantly looking for better ways of doing things.
:Adapt successfully to changing situations and environments.
:Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work on very tight deadlines, especially quarter end close.
