Role Overview: As the Sales Development Professional, you will be responsible for building and executing a high-performing outbound sales strategy that includes account acquisition, expansion, and outreach automation.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, and basic leadership skills to manage a growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Design: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales development strategy focusing on both account acquisition and expansion.Sales Process Creation: Design and build sales processes from scratch, including outreach automation, CRM workflows, triggers, and sequences.Account Engagement: Implement account-based engagement strategies to drive targeted outreach and sales growth.Revenue Operations Leadership: Lead the design and execution of revenue operations, supporting early-stage scaling efforts.Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create sales enablement content, enhancing the effectiveness of outreach efforts.Data-Driven Outreach: Utilize data and analytics to drive decisions related to outreach automation and account targeting.Experience with B2B SaaS Sales: +5 years
Sales Process Expertise: Experience building sales processes from the ground up, including CRM workflows, outreach sequences, and automation strategies.
Account Expansion & Acquisition: Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
Technical Adoption: Comfortable with advanced sales technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), automation tools, and data-driven outreach platforms.
Startup Experience: A track record of success in an early-stage startup or scale-up environment, understanding the challenges of building and scaling sales operations.
Required Skills: Sales strategy development (account acquisition + account expansion)
Hands-on implementation of sales processes (CRM, triggers, outreach, automation)
Data-driven approach to sales and outreach CRM workflow design and optimization
Strong experience with sales tools and technologies
Working Hours: This role will be based in California time zone (8 am to 5 pm PST).
