Job Description:
Daily processing of invoices, credit notes & all documents related to billing process for Colombia, Peru & Argentina
Perform controls to ensure all documents are accurate
Achieve all internal & external client SLAs
Be responsible for the whole document flow, from its creation until delivery
Handle interaction with internal clients, taking care of any issue
Escalate issues on a timely manner to supervisor
Participate in metrics reporting related to billing process"
Basic Qualifications:
University degree
Advanced level of English
Type of Experience:
Not required. Desire to have some experience in OTC areas.
Technical and Personal Skills:
Computer Skills (MS, Excel, Outlook). SAP knowledge is an advantage
Be able to work under pressure & solve critical issues
Pay attention to details & follow documented procedures
