Brand Engagement Channel Manager Position summaryThe Brand Engagement Manager, Channel, based in Argentina, will guide the digital marketing for the Clorox, Poett, Local Jewels Brands, as well as driving the Data Marketing transformation and Agency Management for the region.
Responsibilities include driving consumer engagement and delivering marketing goals for the business through:
Leading the Brand Engagement planing process for the brands above
Defining, executing, measuring and optimizing paid digital marketing activities
Collaborating with the BE Content team on content strategies for owned and earned media (websites, social platforms, search, CRM, etc.)
Developing and managing channel strategies, investment choices and communications plans
Track, measure, optimize and report results
Implement Data Journey across the region
Engage with the Media and Advertising agencies across the region, ensuring their capabilities are up to date, delivering on the business needs, raising the innovation bar and working harmoniously with Clorox and among each other
This role requires integration and collaboration with the regional marketing teams, local marketing teams, E:Commerce teams, and external media agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities:Guide digital media and support for Clorox, Poett and Local Jewels
Drive Media Planning and Execution.
Assist with Media Strategy development; Collaborate with Cloroxs advertising agency in their development of media strategy, investments and deliverables
Contribute to driving innovation in Media plans and support the development of choices and tactics; Support strategic partnerships including product integration, creative executions, asset management, and product, legal, promotional needs
Evaluate and recommend testing and utilizing new and emerging digital platforms as appropriate.
Build strong partnerships with key media vendors in the community to ensure Clorox gets access to innovative opportunities and proposals.
Support Integrated Opportunities across the Latam SBU and PMUs (asset deliverables, legal, approvals, etc). Act as a liaison for media related needs with Marketing Insights, Analytics, etc.
Support media investments, campaigns and delivery performance towards goals
Provide input and support to the ecommerce team for the media buying, to ensure consistency on equity
Agency and Team Collaboration:
Actively foster collaboration across teams. Build strong partnerships with the Brand Engagement Content team, Clorox International team and eCommerce teams
Actively foster collaboration across agency teams (Media, Creative, Digital, etc.). Contribute to annual performance reviews for Cloroxs agencies, and monitor the progress throughout the year in meeting key objectives and addressing areas of opportunity
Ensures agency capabilities are up to date, delivering on the business needs, raising the creative bar and working harmoniously with Clorox and among each other
Work with Media agency to ensure we reach consumers at the right time of their journey by driving own data charged plans
Years and Type of Experience:
5 years of Agency and/or Client side experience, with relevant experience in integrated digital marketing (digital media, influencers, social media, SEM/SEO, e:commerce/performance)
CPG or personal care marketing experience is a plus
