Job Description SummaryImplements a marketing/sales strategy for one or more of the organizations more complex or strategically significant products/services to meet established sales or market share targets; conducts market research; monitors and analyzes product performance, market trends, consumer behavior etc.; prepares sales forecast; monitors sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; oversees product development and design. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.Role Description
: The development team members will be working closely to the Focal Person, defining deliverables, success criteria and timing for the project.
: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve those deliverables.
: Teams Members are structured and empowered to organize and manage their own work, deciding and implementing strategy to achieve desired results.
: Identify, register and solve roadblocks and resource constraints. If not possible report to Scrum Master and seek support from focal person and sponsor.
