Business Development Director - Financial Partnerships - Argentina About RedCloud

Business Development Director, FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail - Argentina

You will lead the LatAm Sales team (5-10) in the identification and engagement of new corporate (B2B) accounts using a consultative sales approach with senior management and C-level contacts at major organisations in the Consumer Goods markets across Argentina and LatAm. You will work closely with our global executive team, product management, and Marketing teams take the RedCloud solutions to market.

Key areas of concentration for the Business Development Director, Consumer Goods / Retail – Argentina include:

Lead the team based in Argentina to create new business opportunitites with a focus on driving and motivating the team, whilst getting hands-on with customers and deals

Build a robust revenue pipeline with customers in the Consumer Goods, distribution, wholesale, FMCG and retail markets

Execution of sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue through transactions on the RedCloud platform

Negotiation and closing of deals with your team, always in collaboration with global commercial team

Provide accurate customer feedback in order to refine not only sales strategy, but also to prioritise product development

Empower the team to accurately manage their sales pipeline, quarterly objectives /KPI’s all through use of Salesforce CRM, whilst taking ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of the data

Collaborate and input into regional marketing, arrange promotional programs, activities and events

Maintain high standards and strive for sales excellence

Requirements

Must have requirements & experience for the Business Development Director - Argentina:

You should be compelled to work within a start-up style environment understanding the unique responsibility, creativity and flexibility that is required and the immense rewards that come with it.

Sales experience operating at senior management and C- level

Experience selling complex software solutions to Distributors, Wholesalers, FMCG or Retailers

Extensive knowledge of technology sales cycles and processes

Ability to work independently, with contained resources, and selling a roadmap (future innovation)

Preferred, not essential experience:

Experience within a fast-growing tech start-up

Experience selling payments, platform solutions, ecommerce or marketplace solutions.
