We are looking for a Business Engagement Lead to join our Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires.

We are looking for accomplished Data Analysts passionate about creating business impact using a vast array of data needs across different functions.
This portfolio of work will deliver data-driven decisions across all critical business functions such as customer engagement, distribution, underwriting, claims operations, risk management, & products.
The analyst will tackle hard, open-ended problems and will have to connect dots on large disparate information.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the overall solution design and development for the country; be responsible to be single point of contact for a particular country.Interact and engage with local business SMEs, Operations SMEs, business analysts and functional analysts in getting the requirements and implementing the ETL solutions.Provide technical support to project teams throughout project lifecycle around technology platforms, solution design, security, debugging, profiling, performance tuning etc.Elicit, document and manage functional requirements, data mappings, creation of ERD, data models etc.Act as a primary liaison between business users and the system development/quality assurance project team.Manage user expectations, changes to requirements and project scope.Review, analyze, and modify large scale system projects.
Maintain records to document program development and revision.Lead the development for varied projects.
Responsible for prioritizing problems, incidents, and service requests, may lead or manage process.Identify and implement operating efficiency solutions for specific domains, may lead teams of various sizes.Essential Business Experience and Technical SkillsRequired:8+ years of data analysis in building large scale data warehousing, Business intelligence or analytics or project experience 5 years in a corporate IT environment preferably in insurance/financial/healthcare industry working in BI Analytics domain/team.3+ years of experience analyzing and designing solutions for cloud or big data lakes for analytics and reporting purposes.Proficiency and extensive experience in Data analysis.Solid background on writing SQLs and using other exploratory tools.Extensive experience writing Functional requirements and high-level design documents.Experience in writing validation scripts to validate the data, data integrations and ETL transformations.Analytical skills to analyze situations and come to optimal and efficient solution based on requirements.Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.Eagerness to learn new technology concepts and art of possible.Excellent communication and presentation skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Must be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing.Preferred:Experience in Data Warehouse projects.Experience working on Data Science projects and exposure to data science.Experience in any Data Visualization tools or ETL tools is a plus.Strong background or experience working in Insurance Industry.
