The responsabilities wil be:
Enhance and support operation of the sales force;
Responsibilities may include sales force redeployment/organization, segmentation & targeting, incentives/quotas, sample administration, field force execution KPI management;
Identify and manage strategic projects/process resulting in improved sales force effectiveness;
Establish metrics, goals and periodic performance management processes and propose preventive/corrective actions to enhance productivity;
Work jointly with District Managers and Brand Managers to align strategies of each brand with the resources and tasks of the Sales teams;
Provide performance data/dashboard to Sales Teams/Leadership;
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Suitable candidate must have the following requirements:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field (Engineering/Business Administration);
3-5 year experience in similar roles in Business Intelligence, Sales Force Effectiveness, commercial/business analysis, or market research;
Excellent project management skills and experience;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments to demanding deadlines with minimal supervision and without compromising quality;
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels;
Ability to build, maintain and influence effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
Demonstrated capacity to transform strategy into tactics with measurable results;
Advanced English
