Business Manager

About the role Mercedes-Benz Bristol is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.
As a Mercedes-Benz Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department.
You will be at the core of sales enquiries, developing the sales team, and ensuring customers understand their obligations clearly, with integrity and fairness.
Mercedes-Benz Business Managers work flexible schedules, which may include weekends, to provide the highest level of customer service.
About you If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead and inspire colleagues, and drive finance and add-on performance.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
Please note that candidates must have Business Manager experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement.
