Our Business Systems Analysists are responsible of Billing cycles, suporting Billing applications and being point of contact with Business team and the E-billing vendors, also with North America IT development team.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support of billing applications, execution of billing cycles, document tracking analysis, analysis errors with the business or with the vendor
- Analysis, functional and technical design, use cases, testing of systems either new requirements or bug fixes, reviewing technological, functional, operational and process aspects. Identify the needs and problems and determine the action plans. Identification and analysis of the different solution alternatives.
- Prepare the functional documentation that accompanies each activity you perform.
- Prepare the testing scenarios with the business area.
- Perform unit and integration tests.
- Detect opportunities for improvement in the systems to improve the operation of the company and facilitate the flow of information.
Qualifications
Key Competencies
- Education: Student in Systems analysis
- Mandatory Experience / Technical Skills:
- At least 1-year experience working in similar activities
- SQL
- Strong Interpersonal and communications skills
- Agile knowledge will be valued (not exclusive)
- English: intermediate or advanced level
