Care Home Manager

If you would like to join a well established, forward thinking and developing organisation then this is for you. Due to recent development across the region, our client are seeking a Care Home Manager to oversee the day to day running of their large care home.

You will join an exciting management team and benefit from the sector leading support in your new role. You will be given the complete freedom and autonomy to implement your own ideas and philosophies.

Your new role:

- As the Care Home Manager, you will be the new face of the community in this beautiful home that has recently gone through some very exciting refurbishment.

- You will lead and develop your staffing team to work to, and produce, some of the highest standards.

- You will ensure every resident recieves the excellent standard of care and that they are the heart of everything you do.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

- QCF level 5 Adults Residential (or equivalent).

- Experience within a residental/nursing home.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Brilliant understanding of the regulations.

- Approachable and friendly personality.
