Got a knack for keeping customers happy? As a Customer Care Support Office Representative, you will accurately process orders and coordinate these with the aim of keeping customers satisfied. Customer care support: confirming orders, pricing and availability; receiving and entering orders into SAP, respecting order entry procedures and prioritising where necessary; coordinating with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched / delivered on time.
Facilitating and liaising:
part of a great customer care process is to ensure careful execution of requests. You will be process orientated, paying attention to shipping dates, labelling, packaging and stockholding according to customer requirements. Besides you will drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure on-going standardisation and simplification.
Communicating: a key part of this role is communication with people, and around requests: expect to share forecasting/market intelligence regarding stock issues to the Planning division

Your professional profile includes:
College degree
Experience in customer service, order management or sales support
Fluent language knowledge in English
An efficient and open-minded personality with strong time management skill, customer-oriented attitude and preciseness
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage
