ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Centralized Deal Support CoE of Calculations team is looking for a dedicated team member to join us in supporting our Sales team along with various other organizations within the company. The applicant should have strong verbal and written skills to clearly convey the results of his/her analysis in a logical manner. The person must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment and be able to prioritize well. This position requires an individual that can provide thorough, well researched analyses, adhering to the guidance provided while meeting time constraints.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Auditing and generation of maintenance landscape and calculation
Capacity to track and analyze contracts and spreadsheets within our ERP system (ISP)
Review and analyze the financial and contractual data associated with products and maintenance
Process credits to support license and maintenance amounts to be incorporated into Software and Cloud quotes
Generate calculations related to Extension Policy, HANA migrations and general business landscapes
Support multiple internal teams where there are dependencies with the CoE of Calculations including: Sales, M:GTM, Contracts, GCO, Revenue Recognition, Pricing, and CDS Contracting
Ability to identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies to deliver quality reporting with a high degree of accuracy
WORK EXPERIENCE
No previous finance experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for people with 3 years of working experience and advanced Excel skills who have an excellent eye for detail and time management skills.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
University Degree. Commercial, Programming and Accounting background is preferred.
Excel and accounting expertise are a plus.
ISP / CMS / CRM expertise is beneficial.
Fluent or Advanced English language skills
Advanced Portuguese (Optional)
