Mondelez International is looking for: Change Management Analyst (Short term contract 9 months)
The main purpose of the role will be support as change management focal point in Villa Mercedes Plant Projects, assuring the alignment with Regional guidelines, supporting the actions and reporting the action plans to leadership. This role will be responsible for delivering change and communication plans and interventions for an effective migration process, and behavioral and cultural change in the work streams and projects assigned.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Design in partnership with Change and/or Project Leaders and execute a change approach / strategy. This strategy must include all elements of the change management life cycle, in line with our Mondelez International Change Ability Framework.
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies through qualitative and quantitative measures, ensuring shared accountability.
- Partner and collaborate with other change and transformation leads to integrate plans and ensure cohesive and consistent application, outreach and colleague engagement.
- Work together with Project Leader to identify the change impacts to the organization / people / process / technology and create approaches that drive project and business outcomes to completion. - Execute these plans in coordination with the relevant HR Manager and region change / function counterparts.
- Deploy relevant training sessions (e.g., Ways of Working sessions).
- Partner with Communication area to design communication approach and strategy for key messages.
- Design continue strategies change according current situations
Skills required:
- University Bachelor degree required in Business administration, Engineering, Psychology, Communications
- Desirable experience in Human Resources or Communication area.
- Experience in at least one change management project.
- Knowledge in Change Management tools (preferred).
- Advanced English level
