Business Overview: Securities Processing Operations
Securities Processing Operations provides back office support to the investment bank business across multiple products, businesses and client segments across the wholesale bank. Key services include providing operational support across various business lines such as Global Custody, Corporate Actions, Trade Settlements, Mutual Funds, Margin, Retirements and a number of other functions that are all part of the Securities Operations.

The Securities Processing hub in Buenos Aires is being established to support our clients in the Western Hemisphere in the same time zone, working along side the other hub locations in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:: Balancing and reconciling all transactions processed through JP Morgan,
Check open items and confirm that are valid differences,
Notifying counterparties,
Resolve every item settled,
Monitoring DTCC Rad before cut off,
Review and investigates breaks,
Fluid Communication with Middle office, Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed offYour Background:

University student / degree.
1+ years of working experience on administrative roles.
Strong risk and control awareness and ability to implement mitigating controls
Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
Problem / issue resolution skills
Relationship building skills, strong ability to develop partnerships to drive results
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
