The Role

Trade Lifecycle Management roles are responsible for operations functions of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes including settlements and confirmation, to ensure all trades are processed on respective platforms. Responsibilities may include operational support related to regulatory, market and legal requirements, as well as funds transfers, reconciliations, billing and expenses, sanctions screening, exceptions processing, cash management, and/or formal documentation. This may require coordinating with front and back office, market counterparties, custodians, brokers, market depositories or clearing agents.

Responsibilities

- Managers of individual contributors or other managers with end-to-end responsibility for one or more trading lifecycle processes or regions.

- Provides subject matter expertise based upon a full understanding of technical, domain and operational aspects of the function.
- Recommends and implements enhancements and process improvements, and may be included in strategic business initiatives.

- Drives change and complex initiatives, and serves as escalation contact for the team for any issues.

- Mitigates and escalates identified risks and controls issues.
