Your Role and Responsibilities This role reports directly to the VP of CIO Business Operations and serves as the leader for the Business Operations - Performance & OKRs function.
The individual should have extensive experience in global project management and supervisory roles within business operations, preferably in a CIO/IT organization.
This role monitors and evaluates organizational objectives and key results (OKRs) of Kyndryl's CIO Organization, during and after the transition from IBM, and is responsible for improving performance across OKRs.
Additionally, this role collaborates with other departments to support Kyndryl's CIO mission and vision.
Responsibilities Develops business insights to support IT planning and executionMonitors and evaluates CIO program performance via organizational objectives and key results (OKRs)Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutionsDefines both short-term and long-term objectives and key results, manages initiatives, and tracks outcomesProvides insightful analytics and regularly updates key stakeholdersCollaborates with other departments on various performance projectsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related fieldMBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience in operations or a related fieldProven track record as a team leader with management skillsDemonstrated global project management skills, preferably in an IT/CIO organizationStrong interpersonal skills for effective partnership, influence, negotiation, and collaboration at all organizational levelsExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentFluent in EnglishPreferred Technical and Professional Experience 10+ years of supervisory and leadership experience in operations or related fieldsRequired Education Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education Master's DegreeLocation Argentina, Buenos AiresKyndryl is committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment.
