THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Sales Director for our Client Sales team in Argentina!
YOUR IMPACT:
- Understand our global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally to help our growth;
- Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs, based on inputs and outputs of Gympass business model;
- Achieve and maintain the positioning of our company as a leader and be the first option in the market;
- Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible;
- Attending key meetings with senior leadership;
- Strategize, negotiate, and close business and strategies of sales;
- Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency and visibility;
- Driving and maximizing sales revenue and delivering profitable growth by promoting the growing capabilities of our offerings;
- Motivate and lead a fast-paced company with sales representatives focusing on corporate clients' acquisition;
- Guarantee the hiring and development of sales talents to support continued aggressive growth. Coaching, leading, and ensuring the high-level performance of the team.
- WHO YOU AREExperience in corporate sales;
- Fluent English;
- Leadership skills, as well as diplomatic and tactful. Capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals;
- Excellent lead generator;
- Proactive, energetic, self-driven, exceptional and effective with both written and communication skills;
- Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills;
- Teamwork oriented behavior and partnership with business colleagues in order to achieve financial objectives;
- Adaptable and comfortable with a highly demanding and changing business environment;
- Flexible, resourceful and able to multi-task while establishing priorities and providing solutions;
- Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally.
