The role involves building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating alliances to disseminate scientific information and promote early detection of T1D.
Reporting to the Launch Commercial Leader, this position is strategically placed to achieve our ambitions for Type 1 Diabetes and contribute to Sanofi's overall success.
Main Responsibilities Map and segment key institutions involved in T1D diagnosis and treatment, developing deep knowledge of each account.Identify key stakeholders within these institutions, understanding their roles and decision-makers.Profile proactive healthcare professionals involved in early detection.Understand institutional functioning and detection infrastructure to identify operational barriers.Proactively and reactively engage with healthcare professionals and institutions.Raise awareness about early diagnosis, including detection value and available programs.Assess and manage risks related to detection and monitoring.Identify opportunities to improve diagnosis access via new channels and methodologies.Plan and conduct visits to key institutions, building solid relationships and executing work plans.Manage and optimize the assigned HCP portfolio, providing valuable feedback and updating profiles.Maintain an updated and comprehensive database of each institution.Share insights and needs from the territory with Medical, Marketing, and Access teams.Engage with external stakeholders in scientific and medical information exchange.Organize and support Medical Education activities with the Medical team.Candidate Profile Experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.Understanding of the Diabetes therapeutic area.Skills in translating market and health system knowledge into strategic plans.Digital and analytical skills to analyze data and generate insights.Experience with CRM tools.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Teamwork ability to collaborate across departments.Educational background in Health Sciences, Marketing, or Commercial fields.Intermediate English proficiency.Our Culture and Values At Sanofi, we pursue progress and aim to discover the extraordinary.
