Job Description

• Conduct client meetings to elicit the functional business requirements

• Assist the project team with writing a Solution Design documentation

• Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional perspective

• Provide oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution

• Provide recommendation/validation of the implementation of Salesforce AppExchange products

• Provide recommendations/validations of a solution in terms of configuration

• Conduct solution design reviews for the project as necessary

Qualifications

• Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce functionality

• Firm understanding of Salesforce best practices

• Prior experience working on an agile project

• Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities or Custom cloud

• Prior experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
