Hoy nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Cloud Technical Sales Specialist para sumarse importante
empresa ubicada en Microcentro.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deep insight of Cloud market, customer business strategy, output corresponding strategy and action plan; Make
appropriate forecast to guide product lines.
Identify and follow up business opportunities, understand key customer technical objectives, develop the strategy to resolve technical pain points and design IT solutions.
Responsible for solution communication, solution clarification, negotiation with customer.
Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best
practices on the Cloud.
Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
Participate in related RFP (request for proposal) responses as needed
Support to develop strong customer relationship with technical customers, including product and solution
briefings, proof:of:concept work, and partnership with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption.
Work closely with Engineering/Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure a cohesive selling
motion with the customers and field sales teams
Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelors Degree or above in System Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Sciences;
Telecom or Electronic Engineering.
5 years experience as pre:sales or solution manager role ina cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer facing role(including working as a member of a professional services or systems engineering team), support the commercial sales team and solution sales area, market product analysis in IT industry and develop new product/solution opportunities for customer needs.
Solid understanding of hosting and IT business objectives.
Experience in systems administration experience in a mid to large IT environment
Solid knowledge in Virtualization and IT Infrastructure.
Background in Storage, Servers, Cloud computing, Datacenter with industrial certification.
Experience or knowledge of some technologies:
o Operating systems:
Microsoft Windows Server and Linux
o Database applications:
MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
o Big Data Solutions: Hadoop, Spark, Storm, HBase, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
o Networking: VPN, VLAN, VRF, DNS, Firewall, etc.
o Experience or technical knowledge of cloud, virtualization and container, like Open Stack, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
o Knowledge about AWS, Azure, IBM Softlayer offering
Excellent written and verbal skills in communication and presentation by English and Spanish
Strong communication skills, customer relationship, committed and cooperation spirit.
Ability to work under pressure, ability to solve problems, quick thinking and learning.
MS Office tools in advanced level.
Jornada laboral: Lunes a Viernes 9 a 18 hs.
