The PY Custer Lead is responsible for: Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
Together with the Director, managing and evolving a team of approximately 5-20 functional and technical, specialists who provide:
Implementation, configuration, testing, support & maintenance services for NGA developed HR and Payroll solutions (euHReka, SAP, HRPro) encompassing a set of skills demanded by the market
Onsite, in-country, and remote implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, support & maintenance services for SAP HCM/Payroll solutions
The primary function of the role will be:
Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it.
Generate easy-to-maintain error free implementations and customizing respecting NGA best practices.
Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications.
Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met
Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
Manage configuration, support & maintenance activities for SAP HCM/RHPro/Payroll solutions for NGA clients
Coordinate, support, and evaluate Team activities
Support team collaboration and information sharing
Work with the Account Management and Operations & Technology Managers to achieve client satisfaction for the services ensuring proper capacity, resources and skills are available as part of the business demands, keeping the right level of balance of quality, cost and csat
Support Business Development efforts for new clients
