Co-Pilot

Description: Co Pilot Classification: Exempt PRIMARY FUNCTION/ PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Co-Pilot, youâ??ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Target personnel and guests on our company aircraft. As part of this youâ??ll be required to complete all company and pilot specific training. Youâ??ll assist with safely monitoring the operation of the aircraft and will be required to effectively communicate with the Captain as well as others involved in flight operations, such as pasengers, maintencence, scheduling and line personnel. This role assists the PIC/Chief Pilot as directed and requires participation in overall flight department activities to achieve its objectives. Youâ??ll also drive continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond the scope of this responsibility by actively participating in the company Safety Management System.
