Commercial Contract Attorney (Remote- Argentina)

Latitude is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commerical Contracts Attorney based in Argentina to join our legal team remotely.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and actively licensed to practice law in Argentina.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders while contributing to critical legal operations.
Key Responsibilities Review and redline a wide variety of commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and licensing agreementsAdvise internal teams on legal risk and contract complianceEnsure contracts reflect company standards and legal best practicesMonitor legal and regulatory developments in Argentina impacting contractual obligationsSupport the continuous improvement of contract review workflows and contract management toolsRequirements Law degree and active license to practice law in Argentina (required)3–5+ years of relevant experience in contract review and negotiationFluency in English (spoken and written) is requiredStrong knowledge of commercial contract structures, risk allocation, and complianceAbility to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with contract lifecycle management systemsPreferred Qualifications Experience working with U.S. or international legal teamsFamiliarity with SaaS, IP licensing, or data privacy contractsConfidentiality
