As Commercial Excellence Director, you will be a member of the affiliate?s Management Team and report directly to the General Manager & VP.
We expect from you a high level of strategic contributions to the business and to the Management Team, on the following areas of responsibility: Commercial Excellence, Business Insights, Business Development, Multichannel engagement and Marketing Services, embracing innovation, data driven decision making, digital mindset, and cross-collaboration.Main responsibilities:
Develop the affiliate\'s short and long-term commercial excellence direction and strategy, identify new investment and business development opportunities, ensuring effective stakeholder management and boost performance of affiliate business areas.
Develop Business Cases to maximize our business opportunities.
Strengthen our ability and presence in Multichannel engagement with key stakeholders and adopt new trends in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Establish direction and strategy for the affiliate\'s business intelligence, commercial effectiveness and business insights areas, providing business areas with strategic analysis and information on market situation, competitive environment, buying process, behaviours and attitudes of market stakeholders actors, which allow obtaining a global vision of its dynamics, threats and opportunities.
Seek for commercial excellence execution in all field positions by leading and coordinating segmentation and targeting processes with the Business Units, ensuring follow-up according to strategy and timely update of current CRM system.
Ensure implementation and monitoring of our CRM strategy and functionalities.
Design, implement, review and follow-up Short Incentive Plan for Sales Force in compliance with corporate principles and aligned with business and P&O Strategies.
Establish direction and strategy for the company\'s events and marketing services, establishing guidelines for better service to the business areas, the entire affiliate and customers.
Boost data driven decision-making and digital mindsets, capabilities and services in the organization, by taking advantage of the latest technologies available.
Ensure, monitor and disseminate the principles that guide the management model of Novo Nordisk (Novo Nordisk Way) and Business Ethics.Qualifications
You must hold a Marketing, Business, IT or similar academic degree and a postgraduate or MBA diploma in business areas will be very much desirable, as well as other related academic studies.
You should have more than 5 years of:
Solid background in Business Development and/or Commercial Excellence and/or Business Intelligence.
Experience in Leadership positions
Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.
Working experience in Market Research and/or Technology will be highly appreciated.It is expected a proficient level on the following competences and skills:
