Commercial Property Solicitor

We are currently working with a company who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an exciting time to join the practice, as this role has come about due to expansion and increased instructions from the team itself.

The firm are open on a PQE level and for them it is more about the fit of the candidate into the team, but as there is plenty of work coming in you must be able to hit the ground running, and bearing this in mind, the minimum level of PQE will be around 2+ years.

This role will be a broad ranging practice providing comprehensive property advice on everything from acquisitions to disposals, to development, and portfolio management.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

- This is a fantastic career opportunity for an ambitious and skilled Commercial Property Solicitor with strong Landlord and Tenant experience who has trained and practiced with a leading property practice.

- To be forward thinking, able to handle their own caseload independently.

- Display competency, in handling a range of commercial property work including, but not limited to, business leases and land development.

Main responsibitlies of this role include:

- Conduct client matters associated with commerical property sales and purchases.

- Dealing with leasehold and freehold titles.

- Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease.

- Dealing with licences, guarantees, and legal charges.

- Providing, as requested, appropriate technical and practical advice to clients on commercial property matters.

- Liasing with the remainder of the commercial team in respect of all transactions and where relevant any associated business sales or purchases.

- Compliance with the firm's routine time recording, accounts and administrative disciplines.
