In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose.You will play a key support role for the Sales team, preparing Turbocharging services sales proposals in Industrial Automation Argentina. Reporting to the Service Manager, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in bringing efficient and effective solutions to customers.This support could be provided in one or more service stations inside the LBL (Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Lima, Rio de Janeiro, Santos & Manaus)
Your responsibilities
Supporting your Sales colleagues to determine the optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Preparing formal technical and commercial offers with clear communication of contract terms.
Providing support and input in meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
Responding to technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews.
Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams.
Monitoring of transportation to customer
Entering / maintaining master data in local ERP (commercial information, GSP, discounts, etc.)
Ensure the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction
Cooperate closely with End User Sales, Service Coordinator and Technical Advisor Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status
Give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)

Your background
A Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical, Commercial engineering, Business Administration (technical experience) or related.
More than 2 years of experience in, working as Sales Specialist with Turbocharging products or related.
Sound knowledge of turbochargers and the Argentine, Chilean, Peruvian, Brazilian market.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, SST.
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
English level advanced
