Searching for English Speakers. Due to Covid-19 there are a lot of upcoming home foreclosures in the USA. We are a company that specializes in helping people in these tough times. Fortunately, this is an opportunity for anyone who is interested in earning great compensation. We have very warm leads and a great system that works. We offer $50 USD per Qualified Lead and then $300 per closed sale.
What we require from you:
We need your calm and authentic speaking voice. You must have strong communication, active listening skills, and an ability to adapt to different personality types. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a requirement. We prefer that you have experience with CRM systems and have knowledge of their practices. A High school degree is required.
Skills Needed:
Compassionate - You are calling people who are in terrible life-changing situations. They are going to lose their homes. We need to help them make the best of their situation.
Calm natured attitude - You will need to maintain a calm voice while speaking on the phone at all times.
Clear voice - You will need to be educated and confident in regards to what you are talking about. We will provide training.
Communication skills - You will need to speak English clearly to ensure that you are providing a great service that helps people.
Emotional intelligence - You need to understand that our customers are in pain, they are in bad situations, so being too assertive and aggressive is not going to help anyone.
Experience required in google drive, google docs, google sheets, and gmail
