Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring good care for both internal and external clients throughout the commercial lifecycle and complying with the company's internal requirements and processes and those of the various teams with which it interacts.
Key responsibilities include: Provide customer service, acting as the Domestic Execution point of reference for matters related to inputs and by-products businesses.Provide administrative support and guidance on sector operations.Follow up on and respond to inquiries within the timeframes established in the SLA.Monitor the reporting of input loads at various ports with the information in the system.Authorize verified loads in the system.Issue and send sales settlements.Record purchase settlements of fertilizers and agrochemicals in the system.Monitor pending transactions to be settled.Monitor operations, ensuring the system functions correctly and reporting incidents for immediate resolution.Required skills: Advanced level of English is a must.Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Accounting, Foreign trade or similar.Excellent interpersonal skills & customer centricity mindset.Previous experience in customer service, logistics or back office/administrative areas.Knowledge / experience in agribusiness industry will be valued.
