Job Description:
The Communications Analyst assists the Communications Specialist, Strategic Planner and Communications Strategy and Solutions COE and D Lead deliver tasks for AEE at a global level.
The key focus of this role will be creative support and website design and development.These tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:
Development and maintenance of AEE website including coding, design and content management
Become a brand champion for AEE by delivering on brand design and creating impactful digital assets, presentations etc with no supervision using latest brand assets.
Complete reporting on Portal and website analytics
Liaise with internal and external contacts to develop content for AEE communications (e.g. portal articles, website content and other communications).
Proactively work with Team Specialist, Planner and COE and D Lead to ensure objectives are met on time.
Share creative ideas and solutions and fresh ways of thinking with the team.
Required experience, abilities and knowledgeCandidate must be able to:
Design, update and maintain AEE website and other digital channels. Experience working with Wordpress, HTML and CSS required.
Design key assets (including digital) for use at Leadership Level to high quality and on brand.
Video production and editing skills would be an advantage.
Ability to operate within a global team environment, multi:tasking and prioritizing work constantly.
Prove a high level of knowledge of Accenture collaboration tools as well as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
Create a logical plan and realistic estimates to complete projects.
Build a network of internal and external expert contacts.
Show utmost attention to detail.
Document and communicate issues in an organized manner.
Display a positive attitude, be inquisitive and challenge the norms
