Qualifications We are seeking a skilled and versatile Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee our comprehensive C&B strategies within a designated territory. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a wide range of compensation and benefits programs, including rewards and incentives, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and local market needs. This role will reports directly to the Head of Compensation and Benefits LATAM, and will be part of the global C&B center of expertise in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:Design, implement, and manage territory-specific compensation structures, including base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.Conduct regular salary surveys and market analyses to ensure competitive pay practices within the territory.Develop and maintain job evaluation systems and salary bands.Benefits Administration:Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.Analyze the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of benefits programs, recommending improvements as needed.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding employee benefits.Rewards and Recognition:Design and implement territory-specific reward and recognition programs to drive employee engagement and performance.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer and partner incentive programs.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of reward programs, adjusting as necessary.Partner with HR and department leaders to align compensation and benefits with performance management processes.Strategic Planning, Data management & Reporting:Participate in long-term C&B strategy development for the territory, aligning with overall company objectives.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in C&B, recommending innovations when appropriate.Manage C&B budgets for the territory, ensuring cost-effective program delivery.Prepare regular reports on C&B metrics, including cost analyses, utilization rates, and program effectiveness.Employee Communication and Education:Develop and deliver communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation and benefits packages.Conduct training sessions and workshops on C&B topics for managers and employees.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure all C&B programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers and compensation consultants.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits rolesIn-depth knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and regulationsStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modelingExcellent communication and presentation skills in both, Spanish and EnglishProficiency in HRIS and data analysis toolsCertification in Compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP) is highly desirableDesired Skills:
