Compliance Manager

For our Latam Compliance team, we are is seeking a Compliance Manager who will be responsible for managing and oversight of compliance programs, processes and projects in order to complete regulatory compliance, licensing, business and reporting matters.

Job Responsibilities

Implement, monitor and manage Compliance programs

Support business areas in the management of third parties, through processes of Due Dilligence, screening and revision of contracts;

Review and implement internal policies and procedures;

Requirements

Relevant experience for the role

Proven high-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide analytical and consultative direction.

Ability to review complex matters and/or prepare complex responses/documents.

Knowledge of Data Privacy mandatory

Knowledge of Prevention of Money Laundering FT mandatory and

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.

Educational background

Bachelor's degree in business, law or economics mandatory.
