POSITION SUMMARY:

As senior consultant SAP Application Support will be the link with Service Delivery Coordinators / Account Management. Being a point of contact for customer escalations . Help as mentors and / or trainings to other partners. Prepare functional specifications and requests Change Request ; including design and configuration details .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolve issues reported within SLA agreements .
Take responsibly investigating the reported issues to resolution
Perform unit tests for settings made .
Provide status the clients according to the SLA.
Develop Change Request in live customers.
Keep the customer documentation and Application Support .
Attend face meetings with clients when necessary.
Apply specific technical knowledge of the country and / or functional to enhance the solution and service with a customer focus.
Provide second level of post -live support within the terms of the service-level agreement , research, identification of the solution, recommendation , configuration , unit testing and documentation of the solution.
Test and document Change Request. Complejos.el responsibility to manage issues to meet the needs of customers.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Educational background: Careers related to Administration , Human Resources, Information Technology or related areas.
Experience in the area : 5 years of experience.
Specific knowledge and skills : Great experience in SAP HCM - Experience in Time Management ( PT ), Personnel ( PA ) and Organization Management ( OM) - Excellent knowledge in methodology payroll processing, configurations (rules and schemes) subsequent processes payroll, accounting - Large knowledge of local legislation and configuration SAP - Extensive experience in creating functional specifications for technical equipment ( ABAP ) - know authorizations in HCM - know Employee Self -Service / Portal - experience in solutions for several countries (multi Molga ) or implementation projects. - Participation in a complete cycle of SAP HCM implementation - Experience with remote computers ( Functional or Ténicos ) - Knowledge of the ASAP methodology - Experience ABAP English Language level - Intermediate / Advanced.
