Manages content across its full lifecycle, including content creation, aggregation and curation, monitoring for customer/prospect reaction, optimization, measurement and learning.
Develop highly creative and effective content and distribution strategies across the web, mobile, social, video, and other multimedia channels that entice key audiences with compelling imagery, messaging and storytelling.
Craft messaging and create compelling external content including Interviews, blogs, white papers, others.
Develop deep understanding of the buying audience for the organization by gathering insight about target persons, buyer needs and the purchasing decision process for W3 Digital Agency services.
Write engaging content in a tone of voice that demonstrates an understanding of our USA B2B audience needs in order to achieve business goals.
Synthesize ideas and information into clear, accurate, and persuasive prose.
Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
Manage content marketing initiatives and content related campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and lead conversion across all product categories.
Skillfully use social media and digital tools to research, discover and distribute content.
Support the strategic development of go:to:market initiatives including new services launches and demand generation campaigns to drive demand and differentiate W3 Digital Agency as a technology industry leader.
Continuously identifies ways to innovate content creation and distribution : new formats or executions, and emerging market opportunities that help us reach and serve new audiences.
Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews and customized professional development plans for direct reports and other internal stakeholders, about how campaign performance should inform future strategy.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
MUST:
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create campaign strategies to cater to the audience.
Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written;
Dedication to error:free work and excellent organizational and people skills.
Exceptional storytelling, editing and writing skills.
Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to W3 Digital Agency and keep the brand relevant.
Motivated to perform in a challenging, fast:paced environment.
Must be highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi:tasking ability.
Ability to lead effectively, move quickly, and develop collaborative cross:functional relationships.
NICE TO HAVE:
Bachelors Degree or in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
A deep understanding of social strategy and SEO with the hunger to keep up with emerging trends.
Track record working closely with digital designers to build content from scratch.
Experience with creating content marketing strategies and planning campaigns for B2B Companies.
Track record of growing a business/brand/product marketing that results in either a sale, customer retention or some kind of ROI:related metric.
