EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the Services Contracting Department you will be based out of the Buenos Aires location supporting SAP's Cloud Business Group working on SAP Concur deals.
SAP Concur's Contracts Management Team is a global team which supports Sales Executives globally (North America, EMEA, MEE, APA and LAC markets). In this role you will work on tasks related to contract creation, contract validation, reviewing systematized contracts and closing cases that come into the contracts Management Team's queue. This team processes contracts for small customers, midmarket enterprises and large corporations.
DAILY TASKS
- Create contracts for SAP Concur's existing and potential new cloud customers: Responsible for drafting, modifying and finalizing contracts, including new and add:on business for Standard, Professional, Premium and No:Edition implementation customers.
- Contract Validation: Review and validate contracts for accuracy of terms, products, pricing, promotions and contract information per company policies and procedures.
- Customer Support/Administration: Monitor contract cancellation and provide contract amendments for non:revenue generating issues (Terminations, Swap of services contingencies etc.).
- Answering internal queries from Regional Sales Executives regarding customer contracts.
- Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies and procedures.
- Review proposed deals submitted by account executives.
- Work closely with other internal departments and stake holders from Billing, Field Services, Product Marketing, Commercial, and implementation etc.
- Drive efficiency and process improvements. Support on projects, reporting and monitoring activities.

- Additional tasks as may be directed by Manager.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Preferably at least 1:year experience with Cloud and or Services contract creation and drafting
- Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred)
- Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Certificate of Secondary Education at the minimum
- Bachelors degree in Law or Economics is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Team player
- Extremely detail:oriented, organized and with strong follow:up skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems with little direct supervision
