As a Contract and Tenders Manager, you will:

- Work on the execution of strategies to meet the business goals and ensure compliance with processes.

- Use influence to encourage change and engagement across the business where applicable.

- You will develop and negotiate contracts, in partnership with business strategy and relevant decisions, that are fully compliant to support the business.

- You will mitigate commercial risk.

- You will drive supplier performance through appropriate KPIs.

- Be responsible for co-ordinating the reduction of spend across the business, including contract reviews and tendering requirements.

About you:

- You should have a relevant degree level qualification, or the equivalent.

- You should have experience with contract negotiation, supplier management, supplier selection and supplier performance management.

- It is beneficial to have experience of developing policies and controls within a business environment.

- A further advantage would be to have strong experience of office suit packages.
