Core Technical Manager

Responsible for leading and coordination of Technical Management activities for a large scale complex project to secure that Nokia Networks does fulfill contractual commitment of System Acceptance and Network Launch in time with required quality measures. Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation services.
• Providing support for tendering related to technical and acceptance issues to win strong business cases
• Planning and execution project Technical Management task domains in a large scale and complex projects
• Providing coaching and leading development actions within Technical Management.

KEY TASKS:
• Acceptance process planning, management and contractual alignment
• network implementation planning and management
• Technical risk management for project work
• Acting as key interface for customer senior technical representatives
• End-to-end technical quality responsibility in project organisation
• Act as coach for junior TMs
• System Acceptance Testing management and process development
• MVI Service management and development
• Initiating and developing processes being a key member of strategic development work in Technical Management

Specific competences Required:
Core Technical Manager must master the Core Network for Mobile Telecommunications area including Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Subscriber Data Management (SDM/UDC), MSS and MGW and should master IP Connectivity and Telecom Cloud.
