- Manage and coordinate the maize inbred line breeding research project in Argentina.
- Evaluate and incorporate global germplasm in an appropriate manner, following Limagrain's Freedom to Operate standards.
- Implement safety and environmental standards as requested by the appropriate Limagrain department to ensure that all research activities are completed safely.
- Manage the R&D budget allocated to the development of inbred lines.
- Perform activities in accordance with the requirements specified in the Integrated Management System and Limagrain Group Guidelines in alignment with the Excellence Through Stewardship (ETS) Program to ensure responsible management throughout the product life cycle.
