We are seeking for a Cost Accountant to join our team in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
Our cost accountant is responsible for working with various departments to ensure all levels of inventory are appropriately costed and quantified on a monthly basis by posting journal entries, revaluations, and preparing reconciliations as well as other accounting duties as assigned.
Primary duties: Monthly reconciliation of dry goods, bulk wine, and finished goods between 3PL and ERP systemMonthly revaluation of inventory to include inventoriable costs in accordance with US GAAP standardsReconcile balance sheet related accounts on a monthly basisPost inventory adjustments as requestedAssist facilitation of the monthly closing of inventory by collaborating with other departments within the organizationQualifications: Two years+ of previous experience in an accounting environment, inventory costing preferredProficient on Excel Microsoft Office applicationsMust be able to work well in a team environmentKnowledge and/or experience with accounting/ERP systems is essential and experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision is a plusPrevious experience working in english daily
