As a Finance Process Coordinator, you will be instrumental in analyzing and forecasting financial data to support strategic and operational decisions.
We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in financial analysis, a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within our team.

What you'll do for us Support the Operations Manager and other areas with financial insights and recommendations. Analyze and forecast financial data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. Interpret financial information on costs, prices, and revenues, and make recommendations to senior management. Conduct complex financial analysis projects, prepare forecasts, and analyze the company's financial position. Participate actively in team financial activities to identify and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues. Ensure the completion of month-end operations to obtain the monthly financial results of the Plant, including validation, revision, and analysis of accounts. Maintain effective internal controls to ensure high standards of financial accuracy and compliance. Provide financial support to the Operations Manager and other areas, ensuring timely and accurate insights. Ensure compliance of Finance processes with TCCC policies and local regulations. Keep Plant accounting records accurate and up to date, including inventories, payables, and COGS. Prepare and submit financial reports to authorities such as the Central Bank, Customs, and Regulatory Entities in Argentina. Coordinate and review the Operating Capital Report and ensure accuracy in the monthly CPS Argentina P&L and OPCAP RE Estimated. Review and approve journal vouchers, perform month and year-end closings, and ensure accurate reconciliations and balance sheet analysis. Identify activities that may improve procedures or enhance processes at the Argentina Concentrate Plant. Prepare administrative charges and manage intercompany transactions. Review and approve payments, manage tax payments, and ensure compliance with financial and tax policies. What are the qualifications needed An Accounting degree. At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related fields. Strong proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting. Exceptional skills in interpreting financial data and making strategic recommendations. Experience with financial reporting and accounting standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of local regulations related to finance processes. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
